Taste is good but totally not satisfied with this...I bought walnut brownie and they directly gave me in this box no parchment paper no nothing. This is how I will eat it. Great job! After calling them they talk rudely that they will provide butter paper and good packaging if I'm buying more than 5 brownies what a logic I mean...worst service from staff and owner both. Thank you for your response. To begin with, I like Ribbons and Balloons for their taste. That's why I bought it from you. I do receive good packaging from other franchise stores of Ribbons and Balloons. But the packaing I received from your store was quite unprofessional. You said it yourself that IF I BUY MORE THAN 5 BROWNIES I WILL GET THE GOOD PACKAGING. And now your response has clearly shown who is rude. I am not demoralizing your business, I am providing honest feedback as a customer. As a business owner, it is important to listen to customer feedback and take it constructively to improve the quality of service and products. Regarding your comment about presentation, I would like to point out that providing basic packaging like parchment paper is not about presentation but about maintaining hygiene and preventing contamination. It is not an unreasonable expectation for a customer to receive a basic level of packaging with their purchase. Additionally, I would like to mention that when I called to make complaint, you were not polite at all, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. I appreciate that you have confidence in the quality and hygiene measures of your products, but providing good packaging and treating customers with respect should be a standard practice, regardless of the quantity of items purchased.

Ribbons & Balloons baked a delicious cake on very short notice. The cake was beautiful and made our event more beautiful. I can't thank them enough for their kind gesture of delivering the cake on time. Thank you Ribbons & Balloons and you have made a permanent customer.

I had ordered a cake in the morning for Mother's day celebration, it was completely stale, not edible at all. Please do not order from this shop. Strictly not recommended.

Poor service, Cake packing is not good and staff is also not good. A big cake is placed in a small box with newspaper
