Rhythm Lonavala: An All-Suite Resort - Resort hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

We grew to love this property after a chance visit several years ago. It's a nice close-to-Pune escape for a weekend or a special occasion, which brought us back several times. But I daresay our most recent visit will be the last. The hospitality, overall service standards, and food certainly do not justify its "5-star" tag and price. For instance, we had expressly requested a balcony room, but all we got was a measly "deck" in which we could barely stand. The receptionist insisted we should know the difference between a "stand-in balcony" and a sit-in one. Mind you, the website description clearly says balcony. Presumably, I needed a degree in hotel management or terminology? Multiple phone calls. In the meantime, no one bothered to clear up our lunch table. When they finally did, they found it unseemly to clear the tabletop. We were offered a change late in the evening - utterly pointless. The play area hasn't been cleaned or maintained in ages - dust all over, broken toys. The coffee sucks big time - but mind you, the price is skyhigh. (I had mentioned the horrible coffee in a previous review, which no one followed up to, by the way.) The food menu remains the same in all these years and the taste is average. Soggy French toast, bad sausages, stiff Danish, uninspired assortment. We did not sense warmth, positivity, or hospitality from the staff, barring perhaps a handful. All in all, does not live up to my idea of a restful day/night out, which is the whole point of spending a neat sum on a resort stay. Disappointed.

Tomorrow, I stayed in this hotel with my family after listening about this hotel so many times. But I found not upto mark this 5 stared hotel. Location is very impressive, it is situated on the old Mumbai Pune highway and very near to expressway and Narayani Dham Mandir. Room- Rooms are ok but not like 5 stared hotel. Balcony without chair is only having facility of standing there and it is difficult to stand for long. Water leakage in Bathroom. Third person only found sofa cum bed without Bathroom and bed are not good. Service was all right but it can be improved.

Been here twice. Lovely spacious, clean rooms. There are only suites and each has a balcony too facing the lawn or the pool. The restaurant food is tasty and has multiple options. Excellent for a staycation.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2023. The property, rooms, location, service, food everything was awesome. The staff is so courteous. After a very long time I stayed at a place for which I have nothing negative to say about! The spa was also awesome, so relaxing. The food is so tasty and the portion sizes more than sufficient. Thanks so much team for giving us this awesome experience

Food was excellant. Service was prompt. I think rooms should have a mirror. Over all a wonderful experience for a two day gateway.

We had been to this place in May'23. Amazing place to have your relaxing vacation with family, friends. The food is awesome and you will have variety. Only concern is if resort is fully occupied then sitting in restaurant is big concern. We had dispute on this with management but they immediately resolved this issue. Overall worth to spend the money for relaxation. They can add few more games or make the place available.

It was a very relaxing place to stay. Wonderful environment and very kind staff. Special credits to Abdul at Cedar Dining, He served us the most amazing food. Would definitely love to come back!
