Good customer service first of all and that's about it. Very nice ambiance don't expect a premium feel but still good for the price that you pay. I personally love this place and Good ambience place. Different variety of side dishs are available.. Nice cool atmosphere. and nominal prices...

Good ambience. Service is the part to improve more once u gave order after that u should beg for order again no one cares takes lots of time. If u plan to spend time somewhere, u can visit here with 2 beer u can spend lot of hours here. Food: not available everything in menu for maximum items they say not available. Only few items like fried rice and chicken 65 like local hotels. In previous the service and food beverages are awesome. But now it came down to local level. Cocktails: they have no idea what customer expecting and waste of money. Better go for known brand that ll be better if u go for their choice especially bar man secret, u gone. Overall good place to spend short time. Not for experience.

If you are catching a bus from koyambedu bus stand and wants to spend a long 3hrs wait for a bus can hang out here with Rs 190 pint bottle beer with complementary snacks.

Very very poor Guest service .Bar staff are not very knowledgeable and don't know what's available in the menu .Bar staff are busy watching TV and Busy with there mobile rather than focusing on Guest need .even though the bar is empty they don't want to give guest preference .Not very much Recommend
