During mid year 2023 , had an opportunity to be at Rajasthan Hospital for Surgical operation , for Thyroglossal cyst removal of one of my close relative. Here at Rajasthan Hospital - Quality of care & treatment was good, patient & family members felt at home during the stay. Implementation of the protocols during the entire treatment was perfect. Facilities & modern medical equipments were well maintained combined with professional doctors expertise was adequate. Nursing & supporting staff were efficient and compassionate. Hospital check in / admitting & relieving time was prompt. Accessibility of Rajasthan Hospital is convenient, situated on JLN Marg, situated in mid of JLN Marg & Tonk Road. RHL is situated in mid of Jaipur, close to Gandhi Nagar Rly station & Narayan Singh circle Bus stand. Better Hospital to choose for best treatment, Health care consultation from best Doctors in various fields, at affordable price.
Immediate attention on patient by doctor on arrival, formallity later, Very clean, caring staff , special team for drinking water refilling and paper glass at all floors, experienced doctors . Dialysis unis is very good, very caring staff specially Mr kailash jee and his team, opd staff very soft spoken , counter staff very coperative, emergency staff always ready to support you all the time, however request management of hospitals to remove 1.5% charge on digital payment by card.j

I am satisfied with the services at RHL. The hospital is well-equipped and offers various specialist doctors under one roof. The cleanliness, caring staff, and efficient services are commendable. The patient rooms are a bit small, and charges are on the higher side. Immediate medical attention is a plus, with courteous staff throughout the hospital. The only suggestion would be to eliminate the 1.5% charge on digital payments by card.
I visited this hospital for treatment of my mother for breathlessness under cardiologist Dr Ravinder Rao. I am very happy and satisfied .Dr Ravinder is highly skilled and polite.The procedure (balloon valvuloplasty of mitral valve)was explained fully and done successfully within a day's time. The nursing and supporting staff is also extremely efficient and helpful. The charges of the hospital is quite reasonable compared to the quality of services they offer. I would highly recommend RHL as the best heart hospital in Jaipur.
Unit head dr virendra singh sir and consultant dr madhur joshi sir both are knowledgeable as well as polite by their behavior. All nursing staff are polite and supportive . Cleaning and hygiene are very nice in Rajasthan hospital. We are fully satisfied from the hospital services.
