Enough resources to carry out your training.Diet chart, training chart, other needful instruction provided as per person's goals. Overall vary good Experience !!! :-)

Nice gym with almost every gym equipment and machines. The gym is divided into two floors. 1st floor has all the weights and other machines for different body parts such as chest, shoulders, biceps, etc and the 2nd floor has machines fir cardiovascular exercises, legs specific machines, and has nice empty area for stretching and other exercises. The environment and staff of the gym is quite good.

Good place to workout. They have good equipments required for basic to advance level fitness training. Separate section on each floor for weight training and cardio/cross training. Ankit as Coach is good and provides attention to each member. Counsels on diet/nutrition also. Membership fees is reasonable.

The gym is equipped with all the kinds of workout machines be it cardio or chest or shoulder etc. The trainers are well knowledgeable and guide each and every one present. They manage to instruct everyone at the same time The diet plan defined by the trainer is quite good and cost effective. Payments can be done monthly or you can pay for 3 months at a time with some discount. A good place to spend your time for workout. You won't face issues with the exercises as the trainers guide you to carry on your exercise in the right way. Fully air conditioned gym hall that has seperate section for cardio and yoga and stretching etc. This is a good gym for ladies too as it is a unisex gym. Give it a try and you will get to know the differences from other gym points.

Very good fitness centre in our area.I find it very useful for my fitness. All are very cooperative.Trainer is very helfpul. There are all equipments in this gym.Diet chart is properly maintained by the trainer itself.Very good for one's health. Must join.

Good gym located on main road and easy to acess. Few things to improve.. Need to focus on individual as trainer keep watching on FB and Youtube which is not good. Dumbles required marking which is missing.. AC and Fans need to keep working seamless which is missing few times. Washroom cleaniness to be regularly checked.

Gym is just OK...they have wide place for workout but not enough equipments and trainers....they dnt have any dietitian...and they also are not much concerned about wt exercises peoples are doing and are they doing correctly or not ....they only concerned about money ....no AC ...no Fan ...and it's summers so it is very tough to workout their ....and expensive bcz in the same amount or package u can easily find a good gym in Gurgaon. ....choose the best and it is nt even good how it can be best
