Well furnished high facilities speciality hospital. Urology specialist doctors available. Great service by the hospital.

Good hospital and staff was very cooperative. Docters are extremely telented and best. My docter was dr. S. N. Goel very nice person and extremely telented docter.

Not a good experience with billing team. I went for cashless facility. Despite of amount settled by insurance company, hospital asked me to pay contractual amount too. Which was mutual agreement between hospital & insurance company. I suffered more than 4 hours and after huge argument I paid my copay amount only. As per personal opinion, If someone doesn't have knowledge about TPA functionality, they easily trap patient & charge full amount to pay.

During my visit to the hospital, I discovered that patients were being charged fees under the assumption that they were consulting with Dr. Harbans. However, to my astonishment, I discovered that a different doctor was occupying Dr. Harbans' cabin and conducting consultations. It is deeply concerning that patients are being charged at the face value of Dr. Harbans' reputation, only to be seen by another doctor without their consent or knowledge. This practice is unethical, dishonest, and exploitative, causing harm to patients' trust and financial well-being. I understand that misunderstandings and administrative errors can occur, but the incidents I have described indicate a more significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the hospital's reputation but also compromises patient care and trust, which are fundamental to the medical profession. I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate these matters thoroughly. It is crucial to reevaluate the training and supervision of your staff, ensuring they adhere to professional standards and provide accurate information to patients. Additionally, I urge you to review the policies and protocols surrounding patient consultations and fees, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process. Patients place their trust and well-being in the hands of the medical professionals and staff at your hospital. It is essential that this trust is respected and upheld through ethical conduct and accurate communication.
