It was very amazing experience in RG STONE HOSPITAL, Gagan Vihar...Staff amazing doctor and sisters...The staff from the gate keeper, house keeping, nursing, doctors every one care for your patient and feels the same pain. Nursing staff always gives you positive vibes with their special care. Doctors...listens to you, observe you and then treats you the best with proper guidance. Dont visit this hospital if you have any medical history on ongoing medical issues. The doctors appointed at these centers are only following SOPs for surgeries and don't have the expertise to understand and interpretate the case history.
Despite me sharing all patient history to the doctors, my wife was declined gall bladder removal surgery at last minute before going to the OT.
No few fact, just their interpretation changed and they realize that they dont have an ICU facility and physician expert and that they can't handle cases with any medical issues.
All they said was SORRY (At least they were humble enough)

Very good experience with the hospital. Everything from diagnosis to surgery was really hassle-free. Dr. Aggarwal is one of the sweetest doctors we have come across. He explained everything in detail.
The service staff was really nice, including different diagnostic procedures like X-ray and ultrasound.
Really thankful to Mr. Kaushal from the TPA department to make it so smooth for us.
Special mention to Mrs. Baby (Baby aunty) and other janitorial and nursing staff to take care of my wife really good.
