This is very good place for everything, I. E. Weight gain or loss. Master indiusally give time to everyone.
RF GYM pallavaram is located slightly away from my residence. However, I continue my gym only in RF Gym because of Master Zahir. He is excellent in terms of coaching. Very kind and cool temperament while coaching. With regards to the GYM facilities it is upto the mark and you have seperate hall to do cardio workouts. The fee structure also very nominal and crowd also was decent and friendly atmosphere. All credit goes to Master Zahir.
