REWIND FITNESS - Gym in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Hello everyone, I have been a member of rewind fitness gym for approximately one and a half years, and I must say it is one of the finest gyms in Mulund. The atmosphere of the gym is incredibly inviting, and unlike other places, they do not play sad songs in the gym - . Instead, they play the appropriate workout songs to keep you motivated. Both the receptionist and cleaning staff are very friendly. In fact, they even check up on you if they notice you've missed a few workout sessions. I typically exercise on my own without a personal trainer, but whenever I have any doubts about my form or need help with lifting heavy weights, the gym trainers are always available to lend a hand. Whether it's Santosh Sir, Sachin Sir, or any of the other trainers, they all provide excellent guidance. Overall, it's a great environment to begin your fitness journey.

Awesome place for Callisthenics. The Callisthenics instructors are really great and customise the difficulty level of the workouts as per each person's abilities. A big plus is that all of them are very friendly and that keeps the overall vibe of the place super fun and high energy.

Don't know why people are commenting on general trainers they are very supportive towards us and specially the equipment's they have provided from hammer strength , pannata , life fitness are world best ever companies . When I came to gym i was 52 kg and Today weight is 64 kg got best guidance from Sukesh , rane sir etc . Thankyou so much to rewind fitness team for helping me achieving my goal .

I love the ambience. It's very open and huge. Also, my trainer Bhakti Upadhyay is amazing. She is friendly, warm and very professional. She motivates me to be consistent in my workout. Thanks.

i am a member of rewind fitness since a month. the facilities provided are top quality and the machines are well maintained. i have taken the personal trainer programme and my trainer, Shubham Shivtarkar is experienced and pushes me the correct amount. i have nothing but good things to say about him. all trainers are supportive.

Excellent atmosphere and very positive vibes! Great crowd and very helpful staff. Despite being one time visitor - great guidance by the trainer - would definitely make many more visits
