This is a unisex gym situated on-road , near hot lips . The place is clean and well maintained . Certain rules have to be followed.The trainer is qualified and knowledgeable.The machines are also well maintained,no creaking noises or malfunctioning is seen.separate changing room for male and female are available.it is well air conditioned . pricing is neither cheap nor expensive. The gym doesn't have its own washroom,there is one built in the building , I dont think there's any gym of this standard in kanke road, completely Recommended. Peak time in the morning is around 9am

I had my first gym experience here and it was awesome.... With no idea about working out, the trainers made it feel so easy.... Gym is well equipped, trainers are experienced... Good environment for females.....
