Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off the windows. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also, they understand what you are striving for and they Will get you there and further while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will not be in the mood to quit this place. Furthermore, if you are staying nearby warasiya and need a gym that suits your pocket too, then you should check out "Revolution Fitness". This is a very impressive gym and you will be given one on one personal attention from one of their highly skilled trainers and staff. Make sure you try out their spa & participate in their Zumba classes. This is a very neat and clean facility and well managed. The equipment is well maintained as well. Finally, the guys over there know how to make you burn calories and build muscle! Pieces of training are painful (in a good way :)) and never boring! Great for all levels, all the trainers always take the time to make sure you do the exercises well so you don't get hurt and will make sure you push your limits whatever they may be! The gym is very well equipped to satisfy any fitness enthusiast Be healthy!
