I am Tamanna n had joined this fitness studio 7 month back , I was 86 kg n had joined normal training though I was interested in personal training, they told me to try general training unlike other gyms .I was very happy for their not money minded stand . Now' I'm 68 kgs though they told me to go for diet initially which I refused n I hardly lost 2 kgs in 1st month.which my father told to go for diet which is so scientific n knowledgeable I reduced huge weight with diet .Also to be look gym is not very high fy still it's extremely hygienic n very clean no bad smell like some gyms they really great in maintenance of equipment etc . More than every thing I continued and lost my weight,thanks thanks to revive fitness
