The linen was awful. The bathroom door couldn't contain the water within the bathroom and water leaked through the door into the room. There was no light above the mirror in the bathroom, making my shave very difficult, with light from the ventilator directly behind my back.
This hotel in Kovilpatti was quite and homely. In October 2023, they charged about Rs. 1,700 for single occupancy in a double bed room. Air conditioning was comfortable, and toilet fittings were good. They also provide complimentary breakfast, in Ganesh Hotel, 50 metres away.
It was a comfortable and nice stay here.
Average hotel to stay.
Hotel is big and is nearer to bus stand and market. But the rooms are very small. I stayed in double bed room and the bed was so small that it was not able to occupy 2 people comfortably. Bed and Bedsheet was like it is taken from charity donations.Bathroom knobs were broken and the mirror was broken. There was some odd smell in the room and it was unbearable.
Overall I would say it is an average hotel for what you pay. Paid 1500 for the room and it was not worth of that price.

The rooms are okayish with poor quality bedspreads,mattress,TV and everything . The service was quite poor as we had call them many times to listen to our complaints . The only good thing is there is an aasife biryani just downstairs so access to food is okay . The most disturbing issue with the hotel was the bar was attached to the hotel so the smell of liquor was vry disturbing....

WORST WORST WORST HOTEL. NEVER EVER THINK OF STAYING HERE WHATEVER THE REASON COULD BE! UTTER WASTE HOTEL WITH WORST FACILITIES AND CRAZY STAFF. THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT STINKS. I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN IN THE WORST PART OF MY LIFE! Worst maintenance, unhygienic stuff in the room and nothing works properly. Raised complaints but no action was taken even in three days.

Very welcoming staff. The service and maintenance of rooms were excellent. RO purified water is available for drinking. From making travel arrangements within the city to serving food, they take care of everything with pleasure.

Room and Bathroom cleanliness should have been better. Staffs are so friendly. Only difficult part is that no one can go to hotel in a car, very small autos are possible to go in a narrow street of the hotel. Otherwise need to walk for some distance.
