I recently visited the hospital with high hopes but had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dr. Rashmi Shetty. It was evident from the start that she was not interested in hearing about my concerns and expectations. During the consultation, her behavior was unprofessional as she casually ate food, which was distracting and disrespectful. What shocked me the most was the brevity of the consultation. In just two minutes, she rushed through it without giving me the chance to express my concerns. She hastily wrote a prescription without even considering that I had previously tried those medications, and they hadn't worked for me. It felt like she didn't care about my well-being or medical history. In addition, the clinic itself was basic, far from the luxurious experience I had anticipated. I've visited various clinics, both small and upscale, but Rashmi Shetty's clinic did not live up to the hype. Overall, my visit with Dr. Rashmi Shetty was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend her services to others.

Except the diagnosis by Rashmi shetty, the treatment, the doctor at the location everything sucks. I went to get my melasma treated, during my visit to dr.shetty she gave me supplements worth 20,000rs.. plus her consultation which is 3000rs. she spent about 30sec to 50sec for what she charged.. and doesnt even care to say hello or look at our eyes.. she kept me on a lot of creams for the entire day.. and the location doctor Arisha didnt bother to explain me how to use it.. and didnt even tried to explain me which one is for what even after requesting her, she behaves as if she was always on a run even when the clinic was empty without any clients.. To me it looked like they are interested in serving the clients who come for expensive treatments.. But still i had opted for the treatments there thinking that its the best clinic around. they applied chemical peels every week or other week which is a total NO. It took a toll on my skin by ending up with severe , i would say extremely severe breakouts. I have consulted a non commercial dermatologist to understand whats going on, she simply said they are playing with my skin... coz chemical peels has to be done 6 weeks apart or at the maximum once a month , my actual problem which is melasma got little better but the frequent treatments on skin has ruined the face for good. I have spent around 1L and got acne in return. when i messaged the same to dr.shetty she didnt even bother to respond . the staff has contacted me and behaved as if they are doing me a favor.. the location doctor Arisha had kept me on antibiotics for acne ( she doesn't have a proper answer to give me the reason behind my breaksouts) which doesnt do any good..One of the staff has warned me not to take peels every week. she indirectly hinted me how much commercial Reva has been .. intrestingly the staff has been replaced with new staff the other week.. One thing is true they are travelling in private jets and living a life out of our misery! Fyi. during my treatments everyone who know me said i was looking pale and sick like a patient.. Most important thing each time they have charged different prices for the same exact treament.. when i questioned them they dont have a proper answer to explain.. one time i have paid 8k for a chemical peel , the other time they charged 4k for the same.. when i questioned on this the staff said the prices has gone down.. and the next time they charged 8k again.. Is that even possible at any professional clinic?? I waited this long to write a review becoz i was making sure I am not writing it out of misunderstanding or vengeance towards what they did to my skin..

I cant really speak to the effect of the medication i was prescribed because it has been 2 days since my visit and i feel disappointed to say it wasn't a delightful experience. 1) the AC in the waiting areas wasn't working at all 2) i had an appointment at 3PM and the clinic called me at 2:30PM to confirm if i was coming on time and contrary to the situation i had to wait for 2 hours before i could finally meet Dr.Rashmi shetty 3)the doctor finished the appointment in a haste and no proper attention was paid to my issues during my consultation. I couldn't discuss any of my problems in detail with her because she was packed with patients. I understand the rush of patients but if you're calling regularly to follow up on the arrival time, please make sure we get the proper allocated timing we deserve. Treating patients like secondhand citizens isn't really the way a practice should run when people are coming to discuss their problems.

I recently went to this clinic with uneven skin tone and acne scars concerns after following Rashmi sherry's instagram reels.( I think she has great knowledge and is best at what she does). But, I was disappointed after visiting the clinic. The front office seemed overwhelmed with work and were not pleasant and warm to talk to. After filling in the form, I went to see another doctor. She was just eager to fill the prescription than discuss and understand my concerns. She asked me to get some blood work done to check my deficiencies and thyroid levels and started filling the prescription before listening my previous treatment history and lifestyle habits. One good thing is she only prescribed only supplements and no medications. And then I went a peel to get rid of peel. They need to train their staff more. For every question I asked her response. Please ask doctor but the doctor had already left for the day. For me the customer support and interaction with doctor are important to continue with my treatment. And I won't go back to that clinic.

Went in for a special facial, but doctor suggested to just go for a clean up. The staff weren't professional at all. During the clean up process, a bright blue light was on and it was hitting right onto my face, I had to ask the lady to switch it off. Even the massage wasn't relaxing at all, she was too harsh with black head removal. Overall it's very bad experience at Reva. It's not what Dr.Rashmi Shetty would want to see, the mumbai office is what you can rely on as it's the main branch. I don't recommend people going there for facials.

I have contacted Dr. Rashmi Shetty twice in Practo for Melasma on my face, unfortunately zero improvement. I am not blaming Dr. for this, could be my skin problem. However I did not like this doctor, she was not paying attention, she was not polite. She was applying lipstick while talking to me. I felt she is not a professional doctor. Sorry but I never saw this kind of doctor. Reva hospital staff is good

I personally don't recommend this to anyone. I don't know how the treatment goes there. But they don't have minimum common sense how ti schedule appointments. They gave me the appointment for consultation 7 days back. When i reached the clinic on time and waited for half an hour, then they are telling like the doctor is in the middle of treatment procedure will take time and not even assuring the time period. Don't we have any work sitting over there and waiting for them. For such culture you can ask us to stand in a queue why are u taking appointments. Disgusting staff . Atleast be on your words or don't mislead people by fake appointments. Same thing happened for other clients poor fellows who waited for 1 hour

I have visited this clinic for alopecia areata treatment for my scalp, which was soooo horrible. I met doc pooja, she didnt just gave me a professional doc treatment,but also mental strength.it took 6months for my treatment. And things wer just as before. I personally had a good experience, but not sure about the other negative reviews
