Hotel location is good condition and room also good but service is too poor, In room no. 206 there is no Mobile charging point, Room garbage not cleaning daily basis when key available in Hotel reception, Gyser main MCP controling from out side but once inform not opening in the morning and night.

The location was really good and the views from the top were breathtaking. I really liked the staff behaviour, and they were really helpful. The hotel room was better than what I expected with all the amenities. Just a small nitpicking that they should focus a bit on cleanliness that's it.
I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a value for money stay near mall road. My weekend stay was satisfactory here.
The Rooms in top floor are excellent. View and the common spaces are awesome. Services are good. Only thing which i suggest that to maintain a proper menu card.
Very good quality rooms in reasonable price and the staff are amazing.
Room was okay, location wise good... but what I liked the most is the behaviour of the staff and the quality of food they provide, and that did matter the most to me... it was a 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the Mall which was convenient enough... Overall great service and worth a stay...

Worst experience. Please kindly don't visit this place as they don't provide any service. Not even water is been provided. I had to ask for everything. Even cups i had to go n take from their restaurant to make tea in room. They don't provide any service. N for no reason their cost are high. Plz dont ever book moreover i booked in comfort inn n forcefully i was asked to stay in this hotel.
