Had worst experience there, doctor is nice, but the way they work is really bad, i visited Dr Mukesh porwal ratina hospital, as my mother law aged 62 yes was facing issues with ratina / eyes, they have OPD & check up at second floor, when we entered, lift was not working as it was under maintenance, we had to go by stairs, after going there fan were not working, i asked staff members to switch on fan, they said mam , light nhi hai, i was like, generator- invertor , kuch laga dete the, itna bada hospital hai, patients k liye itna to kar sakte ho , and when I went inside for check up , fan was working with invertor as doctor was there, so guys is this the way you treat patients? You should give best possible service to patient as ratina issue is mainly with aged patients, they have to climb stairs for two floor, den no electricity, WORST WORST EXPERIENCE , they can use invertor for doctors, but not for patients Here I am attaching pictures & videos as well for proof, in waiting area fan was not working, in cabin fan was working

If u want to see miracle than be here, doctor himself Mr porval most generous n soothing aura person. Staff is ready to serve you. Best place to visit.

Worst hospital in Rajkot they don't value time of their customers,they have called us for my father's retina operation at 1 pm but they have called my father till 4pm this same thing happened second time with us in this hospital there is no proper system or management that a good private hospital has

There is no value of your appointment whether you take early or as on same date no matters. Because there is no system of tern by tern. If you are waiting since 5 hours no matters because no staff member even doctor cares about you because they dont know that you are waiting since 5 hours the reason is no proper system of first come basis. Moreover if you done your surgery from these hospital and then went for regular check they don't care because major operation amount put in their pocket. After your operation, your waiting time is 5 hours for regular check up. Because they know major amount from patient is recovered now they take priority of their next big patient and you are in 5 hours waiting zone. If google provide to give zero star or negative then i would prefer it for this hospital.

We heard about Retina Hospital, Rajkot that it is Gujarat's No. 1 Retina Centre. But now feeling the same after Retina's operation of my wife has been done. Really it is best in Gujarat!

3 class service no any responsibal person very bad experience last 2 hours in hospital but know one come on resistance counter wast of time and money

Dr. Mukesh porwal is very knowledgeable but the management of appointment is very pathetic here staff is very rude. They don't know how to speak to elderly person. No proper sequencing for patients coming from any where. Even if u book appointments from far away place many days before, remind them about day prior n they will give u time, but at the time when u will reach they will take according to their own list and priority of relatives of other staff. Still my mother's eyes are under recovery after operations, so will comment on the result of operation once it comes to any proper result. But after long path of different operation and treatments I m not satisfied till date from the result. I will not mension here but I came to know about many good hospitals for Retina treatment and with good staff. Please after reading this choose a better option.

Mukesh porwal sir, is very kind and highly talented dr initially and we are abided with treatment since 8-9 years, later introduce different new commer practising staff, and patient are being treated by that new commer staff, those who dont know how to keep tender care of patients eye. this staff dont know how to treat a tender or delicate patients and treat as if the patient is havening very healthy eye. it has been discussed orally with Dr. also , but was in vain. Slowly and steadily its moving toward ...how to earn lots of money in short time instead of caring patients... God blesses them and give them a good thinking power, as if... "today its me tomorrow it might be you..."
