The service is poor. The amenities are not available. You have to call on mobile to ask for anything and they don't pick the call. Only location is good. Rooms are very small. Poor service. They are not friendly. Basic customer friendly service is not there.

Overall a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. A good option if you are travelling for work. The staff are very cordial and polite. The kind lady at the reception (Soni), is super efficient and helpful.
In the midst of ongoing construction activity it's a serene presence. Service.... U don't have to ask twice... Requests at the reception are handled promptly by the professional staff... Rooms are not as great as are shown in the pics. Yet located in a very peaceful area, most of the important landmarks are nearby. However, the USP ol the stay was the Chef Shri Rajesh, who is a very good human being besides being a very good cook. If you stay here, I am sure you will somehow miss him later.
UPDATE: Restel is responding to posts here promising refunds for terrible experiences, which is not true. They do not follow through on their promise. Even If you're looking to replace a cheaper stay here-- I would suggest looking for other options. You can get better value at 2k-3k. We booked for 3 days but left after first night. The sanitiser sprayed just before room handover gave us a headache. The previous occupants had left behind their under garments and they weren't cleaned. It's common to see rats, cockroaches and other bugs. The blanket didn't feel clean. Overall, feels like an unsanitary place and I would stay away.
I loved the stay for 5days as this was my second time to stay here... the rooms are pretty clean... I just loved cooking food in the kitchen...felt like home
