Overall the experience was great.
Food quality is average not worthy of a 3star hotel restaurant. Service is very bad can say one of the worst experience. Ordered food and water but they didn't provide any glasses after asking them they provide bad smell glasses and when we asked soft drinks they gave us in disposal glass. When asked them they tell us management instruct them. No recommending to anyone at all. You can have good food lesser price with great ambience in any other part of Agartala but not here. Not coming back again.

First of all,not all cuisines were available,there was only chicken kasha,2varieties of paneer and Chinese in the whole menu
secondly,the food was good but the quantity was too low for the price. We had to have biryani because fried rice wasn't available,plus in the main course we were left with only chicken kasha and paneer,and nothing else. You can say "we basically ordered what they wanted us to have and NOT what we wanted to have".
The customer service too wasn't that good,the waiter was rude to us in a kind of way. I'm definitely never going there,nor am I suggesting anyone to go
The waiter's behavior was not at all pleasant.
The food was of pretty less quantity, with taste acceptable.
The did not even accept any modes of payment accept cash, which was very frustrating.
Somehow the bill they provided was hand written and didn't even have any GST no.
Food is great. But service is absolutely poor. Waiters are rude and you get your food after a long wait. The owners must hire well mannered and courteous staff so that popularity is enhanced.
Very very bad experience. Food quality was not so good, interior was worse. Very low maintenance inside the restaurant. Food serving was bad. Very limited number of dishes availability with high price, even the taste was also not good.
Today me along with my friends went there. The food was good in the restaurant but the service and waiters'behaviour is too bad. They should keep some skilled waiters as his body language and talking to customers is too bad.
