Main Advantage is that its near to bus stop, just a 2min walk. Since its a muslim area and masjid is next to the hotel you can expect loud speaker noise during namaz which is a bad experience. Apart its ok.

It's affordable and rooms are of decent size. But the cleanliness is not up to the mark. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed. The washroom was also not kept clean. The size of TV is ridiculously small. A single bed room will cost 500per day and dormitory bed will cost 250 per day.

Rooms are very good and Clean, quick service. Room cleaning is regular by the workers, WiFi is there in every floor. For food we have to travel to nearby restaurants because there is no restaurant attached to this hotel Wifi is provided and at good speed to work, clean rooms, affordable and with in my tariff to book

Great value for money and a great experience overall! The room was very clean and staff were very helpful with our luggage when we checked in and out. We are western tourists in India and the manager gave us a few good suggestions on places to visit on the rest of our journey which was appreciated. The location is good to visit Raichur fort and there are lots of restaurants nearby I would definitely recommend as a good place to stay in Raichur!

Don't board if you're with a family, not good for ladies , let me share my experience in short as I can 1.Rooms are very conjested and no air can pass which are at backside 2.they won't provide any amenities like shampu , small make up kit . 3. Rooms are very dirt and cleaning was not done while giving to us and bedsheets I don't know what frequency they change 4.dustbin are filled with garbages of previous boarder and not dumbed or not even covered with polythene bags 5.Room servers were frequently knocking the door without reason it's quite irritating moment 6 .Room readiness are not ensured before giving it for service ( I.e. TV setup connection broken , sink water connection breakdown, not cleaned properly) 7.washroom is like a hell ,no air passing through out , completely blocked and no sanitary , toilets are not cleaned up , I am not sure about they using some penoil or cleaners 8.overall it's OK for any bachelor who want affordable board , I felt it's not comfortable lodge for family 9. I request Rest inn authority to take my comments positive and maintain it so that customer will gets satisfied and try to get more book again and again here

I had booked this hotel for my parents. They don't have a lift, and we're assigned a room on 2nd floor. But as my parents wouldn't be able to do up n down on stairs, the hotel staff gave them a substitute, a bigger room on first floor. My parents were very happy with the arrangement. The staff was prompt, and service was well. It's a small city, and my parents were very to be in a good hotel.

Building is new clean n tidy, but no service at all, OYO facilities are lot better, these guys won't provide basic things like towel soap/shampoo, and hot water is pain they have solar heaters and unpredictable. OW not bad at all... And no lift BTW

one of the worst ever I had boarded so far. 1.clean - you can't expect it ,they only judge it's clean 2.staff - very unpolite , rude and don't have manners to knock the door before calling. in day they been frequently knocking door without reason 3. they don't ensure the readiness of room before giving it to service 4. taps are not ensured of its working 5. room service is nill , no one taken out garbages of previous boarder 6.Tv setboxs are hanged freely and no sure about its connection 7. no inventor for AC , if power is off they u have to relay only fans don't board at this hotel if your planning to check in with family I would have given 0 if there was option
