Good budget hotel,nice and clean room without daily toiletries (they give on asking). Breakfast is a big let down,their self service option is very irritating. If u lose ur room keys u will be charged 200 bucks,sounds cheap.Plus point is location superb near to beach and main road

I stayed at Terra Paraiso for three days. I am giving one star because of poor experience I faced during my stay. First, The room given had so many mosquitoes due to poor insulation and my daughter had so many mosquito bites.When complained,they asked not to open the door of balcony. Second, I had free WiFi in my package but i was not able to connect to network itself.When complained, they said due to rain wifi connectivity is an issue i argued that first my phone should get connected to wifi.Second argument by them was that since router is in reception area there is limited network connectivity in your room.If that room has limited connectivity then should have been told upfront. I am really disappointed by the responses of reception staff and their approach to the problem guest faces. Same repeatative menu in the breakfast....No variety.
Traveled with my family for vacation - Rooms - clean, hygienic and comfortable. Good amenities and ambiance. 2 swimming pools and kids friendly. Staff - friendly, cooperative and fast service. Restaurant - breakfast buffet is very good, food is worth the quality. Booze is slightly over priced. Location - sea is just 200 mts walking so best in location. The beach is clean and easily accessible from the hotel. Parking is okay. Recommended for family and couple stays. Can stay for a longer time (3-4 days) without getting bored.

I dont know why people guve it 5 star ratings . This is not at all good . We stayed there for 3 days and no any services privided by them . Their staff is very arrogant and rude. they charged us with Rs 7k Rent for one day and the service was 1star . All services are very poor. If u want to destroy your vacation please choose this resort, otherwise not. Please take your decision carefully. Even i instead if u want to stay in North Goa always go for chain of Hotels so they can provide u better swrvices
First off, when we first arrived, nobody was there at the main gate to attend to us as to where to park our vehicle. And then, the staff at the reception made an issue with the place where we had parked our vehicle. The behaviour of the staff at the reception was the worst that I have ever come across at any hotel. Their services were as slow as a sloth's pace. The room had a musty odour. There were no mosquito repellents. The staff at the reception made prank calls to our room's landline phone. Poor professionalism and hospitality.
