An excellent resort with exotic decor located in a quiet, serene place close to the main road. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Commendable service rendered by disciplined staff. Breakfast/Meals were delicious as good as home cooked food. The Owner/Reception staff were most hospitable to see to the comfort of the guests. A resort, worth visiting again.
Awesome resort to stay at with very quick service and good hospitality of staff and owner/manager. Would like to visit again. Everyone who works at the hotel is welcoming and friendly! The rooms were beautiful, and it was spacious, with old-style charm and a specular view of the swimming pool. Breakfast at the hotel is well worth getting. Good connectivity to the market and nearby restaurants.
Overall experience was excellent Enjoyed the pool, indoor games, food. Staff is helpful and nice. Interior is also eye attractive . Definitely recommend to stay here whenever you are in Lonavala.
If you're a business traveler - you might want to check better alternatives. Small rooms. Bedding and linen needs an upgrade. The breakfast starts at 8:30 am. Nothing before that. Not even a cup of coffee. You get half a litre of water bottle per day, one sachet of coffee and one sachet of tea bag in your kettle corner. And that's not replenished until you ask for it! The porch is not covered, so if it's raining - you may get wet while you get out of the car. Overall, think before you choose this.
Awesome place to stay at a good price. Extremely well maintained and clean resort. Rooms are excellent. Swimming pool os very clean. Indoor games were also very good. They are quiet professional. I loved the place and recommend everyone who comes to lonavla to stay here.
Very good hotel with a clean n maintained swiming pool. Lods of indore games. Food quality is good but over priced. One very important feedback to the Owner n reception so called Manager....extending a guest stay by 2 to 3 hrs will not make a lot of difference to ur expenditure but will give that extra experience to the guest specially families with kids. They where adamant in saying that they will extended it by an hour only where as they had no presure on check ins. To the extend that the Owner went on to say that if the room is not vacant by 11 we will take the rooms keys. This is appauling....never ever say that to a customer. Basic rule of Hospitality....
Room was very neat and clean. We enjoyed alot. Staff is very helping, the pool is absolutely clean. We stay with our 3 year kid. Best place to stay. Ower's nature is very helping and he is also very humble.
