This was very wonderful experience at Royal Garden Resort. Rooms were fully sophisticated, room service was good. Manager Mr. Natwar Singh, receptionist and other staff behaviour was very kind and polite. Food was so delicious and qualitative. Location is mesmerizing.

Place and hygiene were good ambience is good but service is pathetic there were cockroaches in room ...beside we ordered our breakfast at 8.30 till 9..30 our breakfast was not ready we already had insufficient time after made them remind many times they didn't completed our order at the end we have to cancel our breakfast that was pathetic
The owner has multiple properties hence the booking is centralised. The booking guy Animesh booked us room for 6 while the room can only fit 5 people. So no. 1 is misselling to fill occupancy. The tv was not working. Bathroom door cannot be closed. We went to the hotel and raised the issue with front office manager. He said talk to booking manager. Animesh was so rude that he said this is what we have. And the room can fit 6 people. We asked for refund he said 2000 will be deducted. He cut the phone twice amd was so rude. Donot go to this hotel at all. The front office manager was still good and solved our problem and shifted us to their anothet property.
Very poor service....the rooms are not clean...they provide old unwashed bedsheets...the blanket was pathetic... cockroaches are roaming around... overall the service is very bad

Great rooms at affordable and prices. Total worth for money. Really bad food tho. And it's only vegetarian so it's recommended going to the market for food instead of using room service. Location is superb and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The service was really bad as when I got to my room, the bathroom was dirty and it took a lot of time for staff to sort it out after repeatedly asking them to do so. There's also a very cute black kitty on the premises.
One of the worst experience of hotel service, surrounding and stay... we totally wasted our money there.
