Resort Ritchita - Resort hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

Very bad experience and people there has no manners. Poor service. Need renovation as soon as possible. Very old building and not at all clean. Even the blankets were so dirty. The cupboard there was a very old one that it was shaking when we even touched it colour faded and it could fall down any time. Swimming pool was as bad as hell. Not at all clean ....very bad .....it was such a bad experience the worst day. And we did not feel safety to stay there with our family. I would never recommend this. No one should ever experience this. It was like we were staying in a horror house.

Worst rooms, poor maintenance, dirty room with too many cockroaches...not worth... Dont waste your money... Towels bedsheets which they provided also was not in good condition very bad experience... Comoletly dissapointed

Nice rooms for family. Good ambiance. Resort has nice pool and restaurant food is good. Location is near to Beach. Apart from two issue everything was good. There is no hot water for bathing. We stayed 5 nights but they didn't repaired and said same reason everyday. As we have months baby they gave hot water in buckets. And there were cockroaches on bed. Resort and rooms look clean but they are unclean. But they will provide cleaning services even where we ask.

Nice area to stay in North Goa, less crowded. Good Neighbourhood. Great Staff with very welcoming and helpful attitude. Swimming pool is nice. Rooms are clean. AC was working well. Need to improve the room services. Though I believe it will get better. when we were there it was just taken over by the new owner. So hope for the best. Thanks for all the service. Much appreciated.
