Resort Lagoa Azul - Resort hotel in Arpora - default, India

Keep it as a 3 star hotel Old!! Those who regularly stay in a business hotel will not like this place. It's little old, but from outside it looks great. U can drink in pool, they will serve u there. Pool will be open till 8PM Breakfast was Awesome ( tabla restaurant ) Rooms are super huge Nice big balconies Shady small bathrooms Service was good People working there are nice. Can take some good photos near the pool.

I stayed at la goa Azul resort with my family for 5 days , it was overall great experience with hotel and staff especially kartik sir was very helpful and friendly in nature . Other staff were also good and cooperative. I do recommend this for amazing experience.

They're the definition of fraud. Post the booking they contacted me and informed me that unless I purchase the super expensive gala dinner they'll not honour the booking. I'll urge folks to stay away from this fraudulent establishment.

I stayed with my family at LaGoa Azul in the first week of OCT'23. That was a great experience for me. Mr. Umesh(GM) was really a truthful gentleman. He honoured all his promises that he made to us. We had requested and got pool-side balcony room, breakfast buffet for kids, extra bed etc. Mr. Sebastian & Laxman were very humble and always smiley at reception. Everything was perfect, neat & clean, nice, calm and respectful. Staff is very loving. Mr. Kartik at restaurant was very welcoming and had natural hospitality skills. He served us full heartidly and with love at both restaurant and hotel. Location wise also very calm. Bike/Taxi vendor just in front of hotel. General store shop also 100 meters from hotel. Cabs are easily available. We were very happy there and would surely visit here again.

Cleanliness is good 2. Breakfast quality good 3. Room Spacious 4. Security Okay 5. Parking okay 6. Beach 2.5 Baga and 4.5 Calangute 7. Staff is good Area for improvement 1. No information board for guests first time arriving in Goa like, Map and your current locations, North Goa Places, South Goa Places etc. 2. No any information about water sports (No advertising just information) 3. No recreation or entertainment program in the evening for guests like songs, magic shows for kids, couple dance, fun games etc. - Just a flat hotel..... 4. Rates are in high category 5. Information about nearby beaches, facilities, places to visit etc. not displayed anywhere 5. After check out we requested extra time to stay after 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm as outside temp. it was very hot, your team asked us to wait in the pool side bench or waiting area or open reception where there was already tremendous heat . At least if guests want to wait for a few hours then AC should be installed in the waiting area so customer should feel comfortable . 6. As the hotel is of international chain only formalities are being followed and no emotional touch or care is seen 7. After checking in, no courtesy phone call from the manager about any inconvenience is there 8. No games for kids and children I am investing my time to improve your facility so take it positively and send me after improvement photos.

We stayed there along with family for 4 nights in the month of June. Very spacious rooms with big balconies! Wifi available all over hotel and restaurant. Staff is very promt and polite. Awesome services. Swiming pool available if u want to stay at hotel and chill. Cab and two wheelers on rent is available just out side the gate of the hotel. Breakfast is very rich. You can also order food from outside and collect it from gate. Nearby cross road and market is just waking distance away. Overall it was a great experience (with no complaints) and would recommend it to others. Mr. Umesh is very well experienced and customer friendly manager, for offline booking or any concerns, we can reach out to him and he will always send you back happily.

Stay at Lagoa Azul was perfect. Firstly if you are looking out for a hotel that offers you comfortable stay, delicious food and quick room service then look no further. The rooms feel more like home and have enough space. The pool is also clean. The environment is so relaxing. Also, we had included buffet breakfast and the variety that they offer is beyond your imagination. They have everything in their menu. To add to this, THE FOOD TASTES HEAVENLY! Room service is quick and the staff is helpful. They are jovial and engaging. The location of the hotel is also decent if you wish to go to Baga or Calangute. Everything is accessible from the hotel. You'll find scooters also in the same lane.

We stayed at the property with family and kids for 2 nights. - Rooms and overall resort is clean, spacious and cozy. Room service is quick on call to the reception. - The ambiance at night near the poolside is beautifully decorated with lights. - Restaurant service is good. Restaurant 'Tabla' gives you a delicious breakfast, though the variety could be improved. - Location could be better. It is quite at long distance from beaches and market. - If we plan for a calm vacation, though stay in North Goa, this is a good option.
