Resort Krishna Vaibhav - Resort hotel in Tahra, Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Thr hotel rooms are very spacious, mainly because these are 1 BHK apartments. Amenities like AC , TV, Refrigerator were working properly. Service was poor. We had to wait for 1 hour to get the drinking water that too after reminding several times. No inroom dining for breakfast and dinner. rather you have to go to their restaurant for the buffet. Water available in bathroom and kitchen was too salty. Overall 3 star at this price. Because of no inroom dining facility

Hi, this resort was ok in Vrindavan. Service Apartment was good except few things. Cons:- Housekeeping don't cleanse unless reminded. Water quality is very poor. Naivedyam restaurant was worse part of this resort. Foods were costly. They take almost 45 minutes for any order even for tea and snacks. They never keep ready any recipe. Any hungry child can never be appeased. Didn't like this restaurant service.

Everything Was Right But Not Right in Neat and Clean.The area was too big for the room. First when i entered in to the hotel room there AC is not working properly and i have informed to the reception then they are arrange a mechanic to repare it but the mechanic person unable to repaire it then i hav ingormed to the reception to change my room , honestly they are cooperate and shifted to me another room.Pilow in the bedroom was dirty, not cleaned properly. The fridge was also dirty.By the way the staff are very nice, they always used to do cooperate where there was a problem.I just did not like that it is not properly maintained.staff are also good.

This is my second stay with them. Overall, I feel this resort is very good, and among the best options in Vrindavan. Although, I have a few suggestions. The room could be cleaner. I find the bed sheets, sofa cover dirty. Besides, the toilet seat is really flimsy. If someone asks one thing to improve then it would be to fix the toilet seat. Regarding the staff's attitude, some staff were really helpful while one person at the reception was very rude. The food in the restaurant is good, but a little pricy for Vrindavan. Overall, there is some room for improvement.

one of the best hotel in the city . don't get confused it's out of the city . you will get easily ola cabs. best hotel good staff and food is really amazing my son enjoyed swimming pool. good stuff

We landed on a bad day. There were tens of people waiting and the lift was broken. CLIMBED 12 floors.... sort of floor Felt younger ..... Rooms have great space and definitely can be cleaned better The crew is raw and lacks professionalism

Rooms were fantastic, although the water was recycled and smelled sometimes. The location is good but far from main Mathura area.

The hotel is located at a fairly decent place, but the transport options are very limited. The rooms were good, but the service time was extremely high. The price of the food in general was on the higher end.
