Resort Acron Candolim Regina - Hotel in Candolim - North Goa, India

Good place to stay and relax for a few days. The breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there are a lot of nearby restaurants with a vibrant night life. Only negative - the beach is not within walking distance

Worst check in experience ever. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and this is by far the worst. During check in, at the reception desk, the receptionist was repeatedly asking for my passport (which I did not carry as I drove from other city) even after showing them other forms of id such as pan card and drivers license. Eventually other staff nember had to chime in and they accepted my drivers license as the proof of identity. Deluxe room is just a scam to charge more money not much difference in deluxe vs normal room. The deluxe room did not have towels. So I tried calling reception and the room phone was not working. I had to walk all the way back to the reception desk to get this addressed. There were more people already at the desk who faced similar issues. The staff promised to send someone to take a look twice and no one showed up. After 1 hour, technician showed up but they were not able to fix the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed at Resort Acron Candolim Regina while we were on an official trip. The people are very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk is rude. Many of the room locks have opening issues. The restaurant staff are also very casual. I saw one spitting to one side while I was having breakfast. Looks like the employees lack motivation and loyalty. They may use some training as well. They took 4 days' rent (5k per day) upfront and didn't refund when we wanted to vacate one day earlier even with 3 days' notice. Highly dissatisfied with the hotel.

We visited Acron Regina this month and we had a fabulous time. Such a beautiful and peaceful property to be at with your loved one.The staff was very helpful and courteous right from the time we checked in.We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful infinity pool. The breakfast was a feast and delicious. Special mention of Mr. Amabarsih, who was throughout present during breakfast time and day. On the whole, I loved this place and highly recommend staying here.

Its not a Veg hotel and by no ways a 4 star hotel. They BY MISTAKE served NON VEG sandwich when ordered a Veg sandwich. Breakfast is messy. Found a ball bearing in my child's milk glass. Too much chlorine in the swimming pool. Rooms were spacious but old. Connecting rooms, you can hear everything of the next room even if both doors are closed. No fridge available in the room. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Currently staying in this hotel in deluxe room (with balcony) Pros - 1. Easy check in 2. Everything like Towels, dental kit, cleanliness of room is proper (except for shampoo) 3. Ample of space in room 4. Hospitality is good 5. Room service is good (if get connected ) Cons - 1. Room is with balcony but balcony is so dirty that I can't even use it (waste or money as they mentioned its a room with balcony thats why it charged more) 2. Room telephone doesn't work properly all the time. 3. There is no seperate shampoo or conditioner provided (shampoo and body wash is same) when you are charging 6k for the room shampoo and conditioner is a basic thing to provide. 4. Breakfast options are limited and repeating everyday. 5. Electricity turns off every 15-20 min, very irritating 6. Wifi is damn slow. I can't even recieve or send an email on this wifi connection. 7. Almost forgot this, today at breakfast, cupcakes were so soggy that no one can eat. Felt as in those were from yesterday Overall - i really feel this hotel needs improvement. When you are charging 5-6k for room, better breakfast, clean balcony, good wifi, shampoo n conditioners are very basic things to take care about.

We stayed in acron regina at candolim from 30th oct to 4th nov. The overall stay was good. Staff are welcoming esp restaurant n housekeeping staff. 1 night at 1am the electricity of only our room (1504) tripped n after a call to the reception, the staff came to our room in 5 mins n the electricity was back. The swimming pool attendant is also very vigilant. However few things to mention is thou housekeeping do take a lot of trouble to clean the rooms daily but room cleaning can be done better. Also the property esp the rooms have a very old n dull feeling. The hotel should go for a renovation to give it more positive vibes. We had breakfast daily at the restaurant. while the veg section had good variety but very disappointed that the nonveg section had only chicken sausages n French toast daily. 1 day there was chicken sausages n pancake. We all r nonveg lovers n it was extremely disappointing to c the same items in the nonveg section . Weve stayed at nagoa n ibis in goa earlier n they used to also serve ham or bacon n salami. When a fly books a room for 5 days n see the same items on the menu it's very very disappointing. Had we not taken breakfast in the package we would have been out for breakfast. The team should look into this. On the day of check out our flight to bombay was delayed hence the hotel reception was kind enough to extend our stay till 1pm post which I would like to extend a spcl thanks to Mr ambarish for letting us relax at the lounge till post lunch time

It was a lovely experience with the hotel. we didn't like the room that we had been given. we requested the hotel staff and they changed our room. we were very much happy. the food was awesome with very nice breakfast. the ambience was very nice. must visit for all
