Had a bad experience from staffs while trying to get an appointment. However i apprecite the effort from Dr. Vimal to listen to our concerns.

Treatment is excellent and way far better than the other Multispecialty hospitals. Your issue is taken into real consideration and personal attention is assured. Dr. Vimal is very approachable person and he goes an extra mile to resolve your issue. I genuinely want to see the hospital taking its real potential. A little organizing and coordination between the staff and other departments would make the process easy for the patients and please do display token numbers and the front desk, billing and pharmacy has lag it has to be orderly and faster.. Got great doctors with right attitude..

Long long wait to see rheumatologist Kindly reorganise the appointment system Do not feel free to talk to rheumatologist as she is asking back questions when asked if the pain meds are long term. Kindly explain the treatment plan and medications to patients in an approachable way. We know that you're a doctor. Please do accept that pts can ask questions as well. Very very slow in pharmacy and billing section . Staff in pharmacy and billing are very rude as well. Observed professionalism in lab and physio. No X-ray technician available saying he is out and won't be back soon.had to go to syrus hospital to get x rays .

Oldest hospital of this area. Most famous for the founders Dr Ramachandran and Dr Retna. Famous infertility Specialist Dr Amar consults here. Need to improve on the infrastructure. Patient friendly treatment at affordable cost. Good job

Very bad experience from the pharmacy department. Staff need to improve and friendly. In this hospital I count find any management room for the complaint
