As someone who has used absolutely no makeup all these years and a non existent skin care routine, I was extremely cautious when it came to choosing my makeup artist for the wedding. I wanted a brighter version of myself for the big day rather than a heavily powdered version that no one recognises. After some active searching I finally narrowed in on Ms. Madonna and Reshmi salon. Right from my initial call 6 months back to few days after the wedding, I have been extremely satisfied with the overall experience. She didn't set unrealistic expectations, but said what's practical. She also managed to get me onboarded on a what's now been a successful skin care routine. Being outside India, I didn't get chance to meet her until just days before the wedding. She was extremely considerate, kept herself available around my schedule and spent far more time and effort choosing what looked best on me than I did! On the days of the event, Ms. Madonna and her team were extremely punctual, professional, super quick and completed on dot! I ended up being ready before the groom!! Throughout the entire process, she ensured I was comfortable and listened to any small changes I had. Not only was I super happy with the outcome, everyone loved it! I danced my heart out through the night and sat through 2 hours of smoke next day morning. The make-up didn't come out even a tiny bit! All in all, I can't stress this enough, I absolutely loved the entire experience. A makeup artist can make or break your big day and Ms. Madonna absolutely made mine

I had a wonderful experience with Reshmi Team for a non-bridal makeup service. Right from the booking until the end, lovely how this wonderful team of women make you feel, no less than a queen. A Huge shout out for how they carefully listened to my requests and curated a no make up look and kept it subtle yet super glam for my cousins reception evening. Shout to artists - Darshini & Hema for making me look gorgeous on day 1(Pics uploaded). And a huge shout out to artist Apasana for nailing the traditional look in less than 1hour on muhurtham morning, her make up and saree draping was on point. She was extremely professional, gentle and super quick. For my engagement, reception and wedding I took the bridal package from Reshmi. It was done perfectly well and got great feedback from family and friends. Makeup also stayed for a long time. All the makeup artists were very polite starting from the jewel selection till the end. It was a great experience and I would fully recommend Reshmi for any of your bridal makeups. I chose Reshmi Parlour for my Engagement and Wedding. Apsana is my makeup artist. Her work is really so posh and she helped me look more good looking on my big day. The bridal makeup which I chose is for morning and it was the place which was quiet hot, in spite of the heat, the makeup long lasted for almost 8 hours with no irritation on my face. The quality of the products used was top notch. Thanks to Pavitra and Ankita for your support. Saree pleating was so good. I felt very comfortable throughout the event. Surely I'm gonna refer Reshmi to anyone who is interested in grooming them to look and feel more beautiful .

Prior to recently, I had chosen to use most of their services, and the treatment had been excellent. However, I recently went in for a pedicure, for which I was charged Rs500 and informed that I had not received a leg massage. But service was not satisfied and the worst part is my foot's dead skin had not even been fully removed. You can charge extra, but the service must also be reasonable and performed in a skilled manner.
