The best thing of the Reshape me fitness studio according to me is it is only for the women who feel uncomfortable and uneasy in the unisex gym or feel boring while working out alone because here we do it in a group of 10-15 people of various age group. Although one can avail personal training under the guidance of Tushar sir and Jagruti ma'am.
There are mixture of exercises - Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Crossfit, Tabata, Kick boxing, Zumba and Bollywood dance. So it is not at all monotonous.
If I have to talk about the coaches then I must say that they are purely trained. They observe each and everyone individually during a one-hour session. Jagruti Ma'am is very humble and soft spoken person. I really enjoy her pilates and aerobics sessions. Shraddha ma'am, Priyanka ma'am and Neha ma'am are also very polite and always show the exercises innumerable time untill we are doing perfectly. Reshma ma'am is highly energetic. She can move an extreme non-dancer like me.
One more thing which I like about Reshape me is its cozy ambience and cleanliness and neatness.
From my 10-month experience I can say one can reshape oneself if she follows proper diet along with workout at studio.
Reshape me fitness studio is my relax place, once I entered in the studio it's full of energy and every time it's something new to do....from my routine work.
