I am delighted to share my incredibly positive experience with the doctor and hospital while my mother was receiving treatment here. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and compassion by the staff, which immediately put us at ease. The doctor, Dr.Anirban Patsa, was an absolute gem. Their expertise and dedication to providing the best possible care were evident from our very first meeting. They took the time to thoroughly explain my mother's condition, treatment options, and potential outcomes, ensuring that we understood everything. Dr.Patsa also showed great empathy and actively listened to our concerns, making us feel like valued participants in my mother's healthcare journey. The hospital itself was beyond impressive. The hospital was built around 1970. So it can not be compared with newly arrived corporate hospital in respect to space, amenities or any other physical infrastructure. Except the luxurious part, Repose Clinic has all infrastructure needed to provide morden treatments and care . Repose is empanelled under CGHS for medical facilities to all Central Government Employees (Servings/Pensioners) and their families. So, it is maintaining all the infrastructure needed as per Union Health Ministry guidelines for health care providers. Repose Clinic has three big OT roooms, equiped with all morden facilities. It has very good NICU for newborns, comparable with all corporate hospitals of Kolkata. Best of Suergons of Kolkata on various range of specialist are attached with this Hospital. My wife was admitted under Dr. Suparna Banerjee, one of the best Gynecologist of Eastern India. We got services of best doctor under the roof of Repose Clinic.

If there is a choice avoid this place. You will get ripped off quite easily. It's surprising how this place carries on without any care for hygiene and cleanliness. Their only concern is to rip off money from patients by whatever means. Very bad and disgusting experience. And also they will send the patient back with bed sores from the ICU or whatever that absolutely dirty facility is. Very unfortunate.

Staffs are good and well behaved the ambience is also clean and hygiene maintenance is well here .

Met with plastic surgeon Dr. Sourav Sethia. Had a post surgery (lipoma) discussion with him. Got to know many aspects about lipoma and gynecomastia which also I am having. Now I am more confident about going for gynecomastia surgery. Thank you.

Hospital facilities are ok ok. Doctor's charge is too much to bear.

I had a biposy done here yesterday. The doctor suggested thw nurse to remove the catheter today morning and release the patient. The nurse pushed it too hard and that caused bleeding. My father lost almost half bag of blood just for a mistake that nurse made. And They didnt even care to inform us that my patient is bleeding. The doctor came by and fixed it by himself. The nurses lacks of experience. Very dirty floor. The people in receiption desk are rude. If you love your family members dont go there for any OT.

Repose is among the worst hospitals in Kolkata. Nurses, receptionists, general staffs, manager all of them are pathetic. They always try to frighten the patient and patient party. Never listen to the problem of patient and patient parties. Only good thing is that some good doctors of Kolkata operates here, but cost almost matches with the corporate hospitals in kolkata, but service wise it is the Hell of kolkata.
