Very very poor in hygiene, fans are not visible because fan blades fully covered by dust, wash basins are very dirty. Waiter are not clean and always pan masala in their mouth. I have asked cashier to give me the contact number of owner Mr Karunakar Shetty but he refused so I have informed him all the issues. I wanted to the owner because I never saw Mangalore shettys hotel in such a poor condition of cleanliness.

Food is good but service is worst no one is interested to take the order. Even after order for already cooked food like idly wada it take 20minutes to serve. For the last 4 days I have visited the hotel every time the same situation. Forget about hygiene. If you have a relaxing time time to waste then visit the hotel. Don't expect a quick service. Most people are feeding up with service most people complain inthe cashe counter but no improvement.

Taste's good. Had a lot of parking on the backside of restaurant to park cars. Had sitting and standing tables to eat with family and friend's, food is just above average.

Food was delicious. Ordered Benne Masala Dosa, Kesari Bhaht & Filter Coffee. All three tasted amazing. Price Efficient place. However service was slow, as one had to wait for long for refills and orders. Ambience is cozy, family type vibes.

An unclean hotel not botheted abt customers in service section, workers behave as if they are the lords, need to improve a lot, the guy at casheier seems more intrested in wacthing mobile than enquiring abt customers necessities

This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited in my life. They have provided all 3rd grade spoiled food items on the name of NORTH INDIAN THALI, the butter milk and curd rice both are spoiled, the supplied dal is spicy, 2 oil and spicy curries, the Nan supplied is so saggy, they are shameless towards customers. Finally the most imp thing is the Tomato soup, they have boiled the diluted tomato sauce and given as soup. These dirty fellows must wait for hell doors.
