Renuka Hotel - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

I stayed there just for 1 day. Hotel room is very small size as per there charges. Location is easily accessible as it just behind jagadammba cinema theatre. No of service staff is less ,if you expect too much services might not get properly.

Experience was too poor. I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 kid through Goibibo. They charged for a room of 3 adults and a kid but after entering the room it was only for 2 adults and they promised to add a bed for 3rd adult which was actually not bed but a mattress to be added at night to sleep on the floor and even there was no place in the room even for the extra mattress to lay down. Later we shifted to another bigger room. Selection of room as per our choice was not available through Goibibo. Need to shift to bigger room after reaching there( It was our good luck that the bigger room was vacant). The owner said it would charge 700 extra per night if we shift to bigger room and we agreed for that. But while check out the manager at reception said I need to pay 1200 per night and not 700 plus extra 500 for extending extra 4 hours after checkout time. The amount which they are charging as 3000 per night for a room with double bed of 4x6 each doesn't seems worthy for the amount what they are charging. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were dirty, uncleaned with stain marks. Later we asked to change bedsheets and those were torn. Dustbins are even too small to through wastes. I booked in this hotel through it's rating by public. But now I feel it's not genuine rating. I didn't feel worthy staying in the room for the amount which I paid. For 2 nights I paid rs 6000 plus rs 500 for extra 4 hours after checkout time. Attaching pics also

Location is good, service is so so, but floor of the room was not cleaned regularly, bed sheet and bed cover was not cleaned properly. We (two family) went ther at Puja vacation this year on October, we were late by one hour for the check out, but after requesting very politely, to adjust the extended time billing concession of one room in liue of two... They didn't, they were so rigid into their operation.....So think of yourself...Do as you like in this matter...

The location is good. Though on one side of the hotel some slum area is there, the other sides it's good. Rooms are maintained properly. Though rooms are not very spacious it's sufficient for one or two persons. Overall it's a good hotel to stay.

Rooms are extremely small and beds are fine. One room can accommodate only two people. Very friendly staff and even though its a normal hotel they provided towels. We got arranged cab for reasonable price. Would recommend for a day or two stay with friends and family.

service is not up to the mark. cleaning staffs of the hotel charge money from the guests for cleaning the rooms as it seems that it is not their duty to clean the rooms. staffs also want tips from the guests even if you don't avail their guests. they don't even clean the rooms regularly unless you ask them to do so. they don't have any in-house restaurant.

It's scam. We have booked this hotel from online. When we reached they just told us that please cancel it from your side we have to give this room to someone else. As we have already booked this. Still these people gave it to someone else.

Rooms are compact and nice in given price range..
