Pathetic service. While booking we had selected king-size bed but they provided broken two bed which is joint together. Hot water supply was also not proper.. and towel was also not proper.. it was torn totally..Even breakfast service is also very poor it was cold and bread was smelling.. Door was not having proper lock system.. No one can sleep relax at such type of hotel.. I would have get better than this hotel and hospitality if I have paid the same amount in other hotel. I would suggest everyone who is reading this comment and review please think before visit. Door lock was not proper from inside the room so that we can sleep relax and freely.. In short safety was not there.

The hotel is located in the city and is easy to reach through the google maps. It's a 5 storeyed building with an impressive entrance. The interior is quite appealing, the staff is also very polite and helpful. The rooms are small and enough for 2 people. The hygiene is very well taken care of. The dining area is at the ground floor and they offer complementary breakfasts.

Stayed for 2 nights 11th and 12th Jan 2020. Room 402. Bed was average to good. Bathroom was ok. Cleanliness was good. Kids TV channels were not available. Biggest drawback was the bathroom heater. Only produced a trickle of hot water. So had to wait at least 5 minutes for the bucket to fill before you could commence your bath. Though the shower fitting was good, it was impossible to get enough warm water in the shower.

Too many issues with management, they provided room almost half hour late that too provided wrong room. We had booking for suite but they grant us deluxe room then they realised their mistake and provide suite almost after one hour. Secondly we specially booked suite for bathtub but there were no bathtub in suite room as well. Thats misleading thing done by hotel they have mentioned bathtub in suite room amenities but it wasn't there (room number 303), also shower was not working and not clean properly. Food taste was not so good we were there for 2 nights but we had to go outside for good food. overall bad experience Late check in, no proper management unclean washroom no bathtub even after committing in amenities tasteless food no towels in room untill we asked.

Not at all a hotel even worst than a guest house no cleaning no services had a lot of insects ,poor staff, not towels no bedsheets nothing Just wasted my money

It's not a hotel...no room service, no cleaning properly, no tea and breakfast arrangements in morning..i feel so bad as why i am staying there..

It's a good hotel, but the standards need to be maintained, linen were soiled a bit, bath towels were torn, breakfast was ordinary, no provision for kids milk chocolate in complimentary BF. Ala cart food from restaurant was good and has deep range to choose from both veg & non veg.

No power backup. If there's a power cut, you stay in dark. Things in any hotel, as basic as blackout curtains, not available. If you want to sleep during the day time, your room is full of natural light. ACs are either not working or has no proper temperature control. Furnishings including the curtains, are full of dust. Rooms are not sound proof and the cherry on cake is that you would hear loud noises anytime from the lobby/ gallery. Staff listens to the problems but never resolve those. And the counting goes on....
