My Sister got admitted for Birth and we are very happy for their servies. First of all the Hospital cleanliness is amazing, the feel factor from staff is welcoming. Hygiene Food for the patient is delivered and served at bed level which helped us alot. All are attentive and especially I guess there is a lots of vision involved before starting Rennova. Insurance process was aswell handled smoothly. Thanks alot for rendering good services. Definitely recommended.
My wife got admitted for viral fever. Hospital cleanliness and sisters were very care taking understanding the problem of patient and Dr.spandana madam treated and also was available all time over the phone. Also thanks shyamala coordinator for your coordination.
Dr.Neelima is very good but the hospital is accepting unlimited appointments and they are not able to control the patients and also they are giving 2hrs of waiting time and actually we have waited for 5hrs. We we're getting health issues Because of waiting too much time. I recommend the hospital to take limited appointments per day and let them be satisfied.
If you are a patient who is so sick then don't ever go to this hospital and there was only one general physician available and nurses will mess up queue lines and send people who they know personally, we had high fever with body aches they took 2 hours to attend the patient. Worst staff worst behavior, they lie to customers saying they are floor managers. The lady sitting reception was Minnie and other lady who claimed herself as manager was actually executive, also when questioned they were threatning us that consultation will be cancelled. These were 2 ladies who were shuffling files and sending known people inside.

This hospital I can say is the best in Hyderbad as I admitted my father in month of June for critical lungs emergency all hopes were left , but the savior was entirely hospital team , right from emergency to MICU , Dr Awais , Dr Raghvendra Reddy , staff nurse Ayesha , sister Neha . They whole team took us like family . The treatment was done 8-9 days and was exellent in all terms . Hospitals like this are very much needed for serving the society. Team is the best care taker I have seen in my experience.
