Joined my wife here for delivery. The staff here were so friendly and so informative. They do things in the blink of an eye. The healthcare provided and the care taken by the doctors, nurses, medical staff and even the caretakers is topnotch. I definitely recommend this hospital for someone who's searching for good healthcare providers. The duty doctor Tousif was very sweet and patient. The admin staff Lakshmi guided through the entire process very smoothly. Definitely a five star!

Good Hospital in this area. Infrastructure is good and hygiene is maintained. Doctor is good. Admitted due to high fever for 4 days. One day they made me stay extra though I m recovered and wasted my day for just billing . No value for patient's time. Hospital is very expensive. Call buttons for calling staff doesn't work. Patient food is avg.

My experience at Renova Hospital was disappointing. They seem more concerned about making money than providing good care. The staff, especially the nurses, were unprofessional and rude. The hospital's elevator was painfully slow, taking 20 minutes to go from the 4th floor to the ground floor. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. They prioritize profits over patient well-being, and that's a major concern.

1.This hospital is full of fresh mbbs graduates who doesn't know any thing.2. Zero discount on medicines where as other hospital will give min 10 to 15%. 3. Consultation apply one pet day second day need to pay again. 4. Mostly sisters will take dessions and they add doctor charge in that. Patent curing result after all medicines and treatment will be ZERO. NEED TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL AGAIN.

The nursing and housekeeping teams were incredibly helpful and cooperative. Dr. Naveed displayed kindness, exceptional care, and remarkable medical expertise throughout our time under his supervision. But the patient food is really bad in lunch and dinner. Breakfast is okay. The cost of hospital services seems excessive especially inhouse diagnostic services compared to other leading hospitals, there should be more affordability for all.

Worst service I have ever experinced and such an unprofessional hospital. It is just focussed on looting money rather than what is actually neccessary for the patient. They do all irrational lab tests so that bill can be increased and staff over there dont even know to put canula it takes two people two times for this and for taking a blood sample. I got shocked by all of these and got discharged on the day of admission itself due to cleanliness of room and just for fever they billed me around 25k for half day. Every parient over there I enquired are of the opinion that as it is via insurance they are being able to pay and they also felt it was very unreasonable amounts which are being charged.
