Important station apart from Tirupati railway station for people going for Tirupati Darshan as many trains also come and leave from here. Platform 1 is very good with restaurants etc. Be very careful as they suddenly change trains from platform 1 to platform 5 . Escalator was not working but lift was working. Platform 5 display indicating coach position was not working so we had to run once train arrived with a risk of losing the train .Fortunately we got the train .

Visited on 26 July 2023 this is a small station with limited spaces and over crowded and with five platforms on which many superfast trains to and fro passing with stops here. All platforms dilapidated and unclean with beggars sitting on passengers seatings and with parcel goods stored. No standard restaurants food packets only available which quality poor and unhygienic. Paid AC waiting lounge available with a snacks counter and many unpaid waiting rooms available but dirty. Those local peoples and beggars sitting in the platform are seen wandering inside the ac lounge and using bathroom without paying and causing health problems to passengers. As this station is very busy with passengers coming from all parts of the country visiting Tirupati & Srikalahasti temples the railway is not providing better services here.

This view is just before reaching the renigunta junction. It's an important junction connecting Tirupati junction with southern railways like Chennai and Arakkonam junction via this station. Good and Well maintained junction managing Thousands of people everyday.. it has mesmerizing views Tirumala hills behind it looks scenic.. but foods that sell in the station are not so good, for emergencies it's okay, if you have time then go outside of station, there the sell good foods in some restaurants..

Renigunta Railway station is located 10km approx from Tirupati. It is one of the busiest railway stations in AP. It is a junction...Paid Parking available. Toilets are clean, Lift facility & wheel chair facility available. There are 5 platforms for Passenger trains...Display board available at the arrival. Kiosk and enquiry office available. Assistance is good. Canteen prices are little bit high. To reach Tirumala u can pick direct buses. Autos, cabs, RTC buses available at the entrance.

The station ambiance is great and clean as well. The passenger display system, clean water, escalator and lift and waiting halls are available. To reach tirumala there are various APSRTC bus services as well as local taxis and buses.

It very busy and crowded station but the station is clean. There is lift facility to go into other platform

Renigunta junction is nearest to the Tirupati balaji temple. The station is well connected with all over india. People need to deboard here for tirupati. Cab/Auto is available at the railway station outside. Various snack stall & food court is available here. Here we can get food for round the clock. It is junction point for arakonam, katpadi, tirupati & gudur. Main line is going towards mumbai via guntakal.
