Renew Rehabilitation (Post Hospitalisation Rehabilitation , Physiotherapy) - Hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

My father had to be placed here after multiple stroke related complications and advanced liver cirrhosis. He has been here now for a few months and the quality of care is exemplary. I do not live in Hyderabad and it is an enormous relief to know that my mother is not having to manage a very difficult situation by herself. They are well-staffed and everyone (the on call doctors, the nursing staff, the bedside attenders, and the physiotherapists) seem to have the best interests of the patient in mind. I would categorically endorse the facility to anyone in similar situations.

Team, Good day! I am C.V. Ramdas, and I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the team of Doctors and Nurses at Renew for treating my wife C. Hemaltha and me after contracting COVID in the month of May 2021. The moment we stepped inside the hospital, there was a sense of safety that made us feel comfortable with a hope that things would get better and we would recover soon. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Rajesh, Mr. Sharath for being there with us and monitoring our progress, with our blood tests being taken at regular intervals and changing the medication accordingly, everything was taken care of so well that my wife recovered in a span of three days. The team of nurses at the hospital ensured that our sleeping positions were being changed every now and then, giving our medication on time and ensuring we get enough rest throughout the day helped us to recover faster. We were observed thoroughly, ensuring that no minute detail about our health was missed. The food was extremely soothing to the palate, and it was prepared keeping our health in mind ensuring we get all that is needed for us to recover faster. Post recovery, extreme care was taken with regular checkups and exercises were given to improve breathing as well. A special thanks to the administrative staff who helped in getting the bills arranged in an effective manner and for a smooth discharge procedure as well. Thank you so much to the wonderful doctors who are extremely empathetic and the nurses of Renew hospital who took care of us and gave us a new hope of life. I had visited almost a dozen of rehab centres in Hyderabad before choosing Renew Rehab. The staff and the doctors at Renew Rehab centre are very helpful and supportive. Mr. Sharath who handles the administration and Dr. Sneha are very professional in their approach. The hospital staff and nurses are very friendly. Food is homely and the physiotherapy section has the best equipment. They even celebrate festivals and events with the patients so that they feel homely. My father spent more than 3 months at the facility and I have personally witnessed the care they provide to patients with different ailments. The patients are treated and nurtured like small kids which helps them to overcome their medical complications in a short time. Its a wonderful place and I highly recommend.

It was good experience with renew hospitals. My father in law suffered stroke and developed left sided weakness. I got reference of renew hospital from one of my colleauge and got him admitted for rehab care . Treatment and Doctors are very good and they really shows empathy towards patients. I thank Dr.Shireesha for her kind treatment and empathy. But management is worst, they don't give respect to patients and I recommend everyone to visit this place who needs physiotherapy but the one who visits shouldn't have SELF RESPECT. Because management person will never give proper answer and shows bloody attitude towards patients. Please try to accept your faults and ready to accept the public feed back and suggestions. Don't try to make spam or fack if someone shares negative feedback,try to change your behavior. Try not to order your customers and mainly in front of your staff or someone. When you are into customers service. Try to accept the customers feedback and try to improve your service.

Impeccable Service. Very happy with every person I have dealt with here. They will listen to our case and come up with a good treatment. After suffering with my shoulder pain for six months, I have tried Renew Medical and within 18 sessions, I got back into my normal routine. Extremely happy and top notch treatment.
