We stayed for about 5 days for a conference. It was a great place to stay for such an event. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for the event. The roof has an amazing view as well! The rooms could use some TLC as they are a bit dated, AC units are older, and rooms were a bit dark. But the conference rooms were great to use for such events. They have quite a few to choose from. I would recommend Renest for any event due to the amazing staff!

Well to begin with located centrally in the midst of the city renest looks modest from the exterior but once you enter the room especially the bathroom you notice the laxity.The bathroom looked used and washbasin was unclean.The door handle and taps seemed they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The towels had certain spots. I had to immediately call the housekeeping to change the towels and clean the washroom.Imagine doing this the moment you step into the room.Secondly the flap of the commode fell of the next day. Still can't figure out why there was only one glass and teacup provided for a double room. I hope the staff would look into the cleanliness factor for the comfort of the guests in the future.Food was good and the staff cooperative.

Recently I happened to visit the Tribe restaurant at Renest hotel.I had booked through Swiggy app but when I tried to pay the bill through the app, the Restaurant Manager,Mr Amit came and told me that payment through the Swiggy app is nit acceptable as they did not have any information about the booking.I showed the booking on my mobile but he was reluctant and adamant.He behaved in a very rude and unfriendly manner.He failed to convince me for not taking the bill payment through the app.Ultimately, I had to pay on my own thus I was deprived of about 35% of discount. The food was also not pleasant and unsavoury. I request the management to look into the matter.

No essential products or towel found in washroom at the time of check in,we called and asked for it. Rooftop restaurant and inside bar are only for photo shoot of website, in reality everything is closed even on weekends. Staff have only focus on big room guest. Ac in lobby was not good. Please maintain 3 star related basic requirements. No single Starter in dinner buffet

Everything is good except the parking facility. There is no proper space for parking. Food quality is very good. On the road, easily reachable.

Staff is very rude and arrogant.. No AC working in lobby and restaurant.They only start the AC when someone ask for it. You can't wait in the lobby if required. Essential items were not provided for bathroom. Swimming pool water is very dirty it's just to show that they have swimming pool but they never clean it. Staff is always ready to argue on small small thing and please if you want to drink mineral water than get it from your own.. Very annoying staff and owner should take action on it.. Not at all recommended..
