Although sales assistants are well and good with their vision and customer relationship skills (not with their dress code), but the guy inside the glass box(seems like managing this place) don't know the decency and manners that how to behave while client's inside the premises, shouting in loud voice on his staffs, it's just a very simple sense that to advise or shout just shut the door or take them to backyard and deal with them. Poor attitude from the superior .
