Renault Thane Service - Car dealer in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

It's a very big place .Good for servicing centre..but they are keep you waiting for longer time..noone is availlable till 9.30 though they are giving 9.30 am appointment Behavior of staffs very nice but they need to work on punctuality

The service was very good, the waiting area was also clean and the customers were also served tea and coffee nd specially I liked bottle of water

Service levels have vastly improved over the last 2 years. My suggestion to improve this further would be to a lot specific time slots to customers & request them to come at the allotted time only. This will reduce the wait time at the service centre. Also if possible provide complimentary city drop since the service centre is located in a place where getting public transport is difficult.

I had brought Duster for general check up and got delivery in just 2 hours after all check up. Am very delighted with service.

20 mins since my entry to the office , nobody is willing to entertain my car service entry. It looks as if nobody is interested in attending to customers, it seems u have many to fool around with. To my surprise ,also blatantly denied a drop from the God forsaken place which does not even have a reliable means of transport, getting back home made me realize not to come again to the place. Keeping my fingers crossed for the car service which is yet to be done.

To be honest I am not impressed by Renault thanes service centre, customers are treated good , also they never tell you exactly how much time it would take your car to be ready you just have to wait n wait this one time when I was facing some problem in my car I took it to the service centre but I had to wait from 2:30 pm till 6:45 in the customer lounge and between that time I once went to the workshop area I saw my car and I asked engineer who was assigned about how long this will take he said "sir Kam bas 5 min ka hai but paper work is taking time "

Got my car serviced here. Great service...the car was picked up and dropped off at my place. Sanjay also did a great job helping me with getting my car back. Super smooth and convenient!

First of all thank you very much renault for appointing Mr. Sanjay at the thane service center. Mr. Sanjay, the adviser was very helpful throughout the process. I had multiple ups and downs going at home, but Sanjay has helped me like a TRUE family member. Right from picking up the vehicle and dropping off, the entire journey was very kuch smooth, I was at the hospital when all this process was going on and believe me I just saw the video of the completed work and I was very much satisfied. I would request renault team to retain this kind of talent where customer wants to visit because of the attitude of the workshop.
