I went for the second free service for my Kiger and the experience was unpleasant as -
1. I was over-charged and given zero explanation about charges and consequences of not going for it. Rs. 9910 for second free service is on a much higher side. I have strong doubts if they really did what they committed on paper since they didn't show anything to me while carrying out service.
2. I wasn't allotted even a second to observe my car e.g. cleanliness, functioning etc. The service advisor immediately put the car on the road. The windscreen had internal spots which I cleaned myself. It was a shabby job. Also, one of the buttons to open/close the window has become too tight to operate which was butter smooth earlier. There was no quality inspection.
3. The washroom is filthy and poorly maintained.
For sure, I would prefer alternatives for the next services.

The servicing of the car took so long. I came at 9am sharp as their email stated and the adviser came by 9:30. The servicing started after that, I was constantly told that the adviser is always on time but today he is late which just felt like an excuse. I was told it will take two hours even though I was the only customer at that time. I received my car back after 4 hours that also after constantly asking them to hasten the process.
This was my second service and nothing much had to done neither I had any complaints. Why send an email with timings specified when the adviser is never on time ? Extremely disappointed. No punctuality and lazy staff. You have to continuously nudge them to get the work done.

All the staff appeared to be very humble and polite. The behavior of all the staff members was nice.In the same way, maintain a welcoming environment and treat your customers with care.
Things went well . Quick appointment, less waiting time and Mr. Deepak was very helpful and guided us about the safety in the car.

Correct your location on Google.It always shoes wrong location.
