I had a good experience purchasing the kwid. Things to be done well for the improvement is- Apart from the servicing and spare parts from the showroom, Company must provide a supply of spare parts and mechanics to the local Automobiles shops Or some online platform for door to door service at demand. As this is the main cause and drawback which customers thinks to be not the choice of purchasing Renault. I personally don't feel such issue but I recommend this only because, present scenario describes the choice alterations for RENAULT
