Bad experience.taken service charges of rupees 590 for taking a claim estimate only and due to some issues I was not able to proceed with further claim proceedings that was my mistake but even after servicing vehicle at the same time for Rs 17103 i was charged extra amount for this estimate and charged total bill amount 17693 and given some lame reasons for this kind of unfare treatment . Invoice date is 11/11/2023 it's been almost 1month since I have taken vehicle and already reported issue with customer care (+914466565962) twice after that incident still i didn't receive any proper update may be at the time of payment I have signed up in a paper as per advised by SA Mr kiran stating that' I'm not taking insurance claim and taking my vehicle back 'maybe they have written something in their favour and may be due to that even after complaining in customer care I'm not getting a proper justification.
