Today i am sharing my honest review about the purchase and servicing experience. i purchased renault triber from the karad branch of unique auto and they absolutely ruined my car buying experience.reasons-1)i did not get delivery and accesories on the day of delivery 2)false committed (to lure me to cancel my earlier booking from another dealer which i did beacause of inability of Unique Auto,Karad to make white color available on promised date)free accessories worth of Rs 10k and ended up adding in my loan amount without my consent. Still i beared all my emotional & financial loss. 3)Now at the time of servicing @kolhapur they forced me to do servicing as per there rules(claiming that this is mandatory) which i agreed but did not fixed car bumper issue for which i travelled long way from karad to kolhapur. On asking the reason for not fixing the issue they bluntly asked me to visit NEXT TIME as we are busy AND this is not enough they begged for 5 STAR RATING ON GOOGLE which did just to escape from the place to avoid further headache stop beging for 5 * u are not worth of it. plz think twice before choosing UNIQE AUTO. i am posting this same issue on renault india page if anybody faced same issue make your complaint also. Afterall we are paying hard earned money
It was a good experience. First big thanks to Sunny sir & Pankaj Gaikwad sir satara . Both helped me alot to select the right car and also help me to get my choice car .
I was happy after the visit,the way the sales person interacted with me and gave the extra knowledge about the cars.I liked the overall service provided by the staff.
