By listening this showroom name Aruna we will get fear bcoz there mode misleading style or manipulation style no other will be there, they did PhD in manipulation, if we give vechiles for service or repair to them we should for forget about that vechiles because they take atleast 3 monthes for giving this by by forcing them give my vechile give my vechile other wise they won't give atleast water service also not good , then we guess about there service, so by this show room we can skip buying renault vechiles.

The service is really bad and postponed all our mandatory works and after long days they said come for pick up @ 12:30 AM and then they started to delay the work when ever we entered the showroom waterwashed. I am very dissappointed to get service and saying lot of reasons saying the persons are not available. This is not the first time we faced the issue. the worst experience. Worst showroom. I hv never seen such a worst service, please don't prefer this showroom for car service or any kind of technical issues. one funny thing is even they don't hv windshield washer fluid and suggest u to use water with clinic plus shampo Please consider providing genuine advice and genuine service through levying reasonable charges. Please do not buy vehicles here, there is no proper service, they are least bothered about customer satisfaction, and have least respect for the customer. After sales SERVICE IS PATHETIC,

The complaint i made were not addressed until I asked while taking delivery and post service i have a check anti polution system poped up. Now I should visit the service center again to get it fixed

Very very worst customer service .i recommend to avoid Aruna motors.They wont do basic checks also.small garage is better then renult guntur.

We had visited ARUNA RENAULT Showroom (GUNTUR) - two days back and purchased RENAULT KIGER RXZ , I felt like family when we walked in. Satisfied with my purchasing experience. Everything was clearly explained and the test drive covered all aspects . (Especially the Sale's Excecutive Sai was really nice talking and polite towards Us) .
