Worst nursing home in West Bengal. The management staff is worthless. My father was admitted on Friday - 01/09/2023. The doctor's behavior was very rude. She doesn't have time to study patients' previous history. My father was discharged on 06/09/2023. But he is not in stable condition. If we call reception to know the patient's status, most of the time phone is not received. If received every time they will tell you "Please call 30 minutes later". If you ask the nursing staff about basic vitals at the time of visiting hours, they will tell you to " wait for the doctor" Food quality is very poor. Quantity is very minimal. My patient shifted to the general bed, from ITU without informing us. I asked for a written explanation, but they denied it.. When we reached the general bed he was almost in a naked position. Photo attached. The PRO of ITU, Ritu Dinda - She is arrogant, and not knowledgeable about her profession, she will ruin the entire business of this nursing home. In that scenario I will be the most happiest person. Request to everyone, don't go to this nursing home. You will get better treatment in a hospital at village area also. It felt like they were just going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for the patients. I tried asking a few questions about my treatment plan, but they seemed annoyed and unwilling to provide any explanations. The cleanliness of the hospital was appalling. The rooms were dirty, and I even spotted some unidentifiable stains on the bed linens. It's almost as if they never bothered to clean anything. The lack of hygiene is alarming and a serious cause for concern, especially in a medical setting where infection control should be a top priority. Communication at Renaissance Hospital is an absolute disaster. I constantly found myself waiting for hours on end for test results and updates from the medical team. They never bothered to keep me informed about my condition or treatment progress, leaving me feeling abandoned and left in the dark about my own health. To make matters worse, the equipment and facilities were outdated and malfunctioning. I witnessed firsthand the frustration of both patients and staff trying to work with malfunctioning equipment. It's unbelievable that a supposedly modern hospital would subject its patients to such subpar conditions. As if the lack of care and outdated facilities weren't enough, the billing department at Renaissance Hospital is nothing short of a nightmare. They billed me for services I never received and were completely unresponsive when I tried to dispute the charges. It's clear they care more about squeezing every penny out of their patients than actually providing quality healthcare. Overall, my experience at Renaissance Hospital was absolutely dreadful. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. From the uncaring staff to the filthy conditions and outdated facilities, this hospital is a complete disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical care here to think twice and look elsewhere for a hospital that actually values its patients and provides competent and compassionate care.

My father 1st admited ESI hospital than transfer to Renascence hospital monday evening time admited my father and death Tuesday 6 am.... Very bad experience. Please request all people please ignore only this hospital thnq.

Very nice service also quality treatment. Nursing & staff behaviour is excellent. Special my Doctor Mr. Rajeev raman is Very skill for knee joint treatment and he is friendly enough. I wish him more success & healthy life.

I went for corporate health check up and I am fully satisfied. Very good nurses and lab technicians, they are supportive and helpful. Got all the reports on time and consulted with Doctor. Overall good experience.

Doctors are beyond doubt.. They are really living God. But one of the nurse named as Bulti di behaved with my patient very badly and also Sonali Chakraborty shouted over my patient. Need to improve this.
