This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was a delight from the Fresh Juices to the hot Croissants. The chef, Asst. f&b manager all went out of their way to make our stay warm. Loved it, especially the personalized touch of the staff stopping by to chat with us. The rooms have a tranquil view of the Racecourse stunning at best. The Happy Hour with live music was a treat. Yes we will be back soon.

I stayed at this hotel as a wedding guest from the USA. My makeup was stolen from the room and when we needed extra coffee and creamer it was never brought to the room. The breakfast buffet was terrible, the pancakes were raw inside and the idly was stale. I don't recommend anyone to stay here

1. Very supportive staffs. They were kind enough to clear my doubts and assist me whenever I need support. 2. Place is spacious enough for your needs. It's not huge or small, it's decent. 3. Rooms have great views. 4. Breakfast is top notch. Love their wide buffet spread and taste, Chefs and staffs inside make sure your comfortable and get what you want.

I have been there for breakfast meeting, the ambience is very good and got wide range of breakfast options however the south Indian vegetarian breakfast like idli, dosa and medu vada taste was not upto the mark And can be improved, hence 4 star otherwise overall experience was very good.

I had been for a seminar here. The Seminar was at Level 2. I had to wait for a long time at the elevator area for the lift to come to level G. They don't have staircase to go to level 2. Seminar hall could accommodate roughly about 150 guests comfortably. The seats were uncomfortable to sit for the seminars that run long. Water bottles of 200ml were placed on all the tables. I would rather be happy to see a glass jar of water and glasses on the table instead of wasting so many empty tiny disposable water bottles. Adjacent to the Seminar hall was the dining area and it was a bit of congestion for the 150 people. Food was good. But as soon as one item was over the backup took almost 10 minutes. Washrooms were clean. However I couldn't find a Men's room in ground floor. I went to the reception to enquire about the price of the halls so that I can plan to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The receptionist told me to wait for 5 minutes and said a sales man would meet me. I waited for 15 minutes and then left the place. Why couldn't the receptionist have any information of the same. He was free when I went to him. If he was busy it makes sense for the salesman to attend. The information wouldn't take 2 minutes. Or atleast a leaf let of the tarrif would also have been better. This shows the kind of interest they have in customer service. I have decided that I will definitely not host my daughter's birthday party here. Parking lot is a nightmare. I had to park my bike in the parking basement and to enter the hotel I had to come all the way up from where I got in from the main gate to the main entrance. No shortcuts. Good amount t of walk. Entrance and exit to the basement parking are the same.
