Renai Blue Waters Cherai - Resort hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. The rooms was spacious clean and hygiene very beautiful stunning view sea and back water.evening sun set is very nice and good ambience.The Restaurant breakfast buffet was very nice great range of food selection and orderd food is delicious very tasty and excellent service good caring I can't wait to return and experience the hospitality and luxury once again definitely we will visit again Thank you for the fantastic stay Renai Blue waters team

The location of this hotel is very nice and they shows a beautiful picture of their amenities. But in reality, chlorine is High in swimming pool water and there are many small insects(spider/cockroach) in it. The swimming pool was very dirty. They have a Gym and Kids play area, that is also not maintained. In kids play, there were many bats, my kids were scared to went there. Gym was also full of dust and found it unhygienic. I had not seen any other guests in the hotel, limited staff and they were having limited options for breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel.

Location.. can't be better. 50 m from the beach. Restaurant at hotel is good. Also great pool and back water views from the pool. Great price point. Book a suite for larger rooms. Superior rooms on mmt is ok for 2 people. My favourite room is 101 for the views. Breakfast is better than most places there but can do better. No complaints

We were a team of 20 (Group of family and kids). We really had a good time with Renai. Rooms were neat and clean. Very good hospitality. Food tastes good. They took care of each and every person on their needs with dinner / breakfast. But, can add some desserts and few more items to Breakfast. Best location. Door step beach access. Enjoyed well at the Swimming pool. Behind you have a scenic lake view. Staffs were very friendly. Value for money. Overall had an excellent experience. Thank you.

This resort is so perfect. Highly satisfied with the hospitality of this resort. Food, lodging, swimming everything was so perfect. Staffs were too friendly.

Nice place but definitely not value for money, we paid 8k for 1 room it's not great
