Joining this class was one of the most significant choices I've made in my life. Our instructor is a true professional, particularly patient with beginners. The class not only enhances physical strength but also nurtures mental fortitude and concentration.

One of the best choice I've made was to join this class. Sir is super nice and takes interest in training you no matter what fitness level you're at. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

This is my first time doing such a sport and having no background in any sort of high intensity workout it has been difficult but Sir who is very knowledgeable has been very kind and patient while teaching me. It is a lot of fun and even through the struggle it feels good to be doing something to be fit while also learning important self defence techniques. Overall a super fun and highly rewarding class that i would definitely recommend.

Sir and ma'am are very knowledgeable and helpful. They give personal attention to each student and focuses on improving technique and thereby reducing chances of any injury.
