I have a great experience in Remington gymhere we have a excellent fitness trainers. They really helps me to stay fit.. Here we have lot of equipments with good condition and also the fitness trainers assign exercise routine based on the clients we really love to workout here also i would like to mention about the zumba section, we have a certified zumba trainer here, his zumba class is really awesome and we burn about 500-1000calories in just 1hours...

The trainers are super chill and best in the business. Have to say it's the best gym in chalakudy. Ample space, proper ventilation, changing room, neat and tidy washrooms along with lot of equipments available for workout. I was quite impressed by the personal training provided. Undivided attention, proper explanation how the workouts are done, customised diet plans were the perks of choosing the personal training package.
